RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges
If the item is not what you expected, or you have changed your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Please send notification email to info@minitravelmates.com.au and we will advise the address to which the item/s should be returned.

Please note the following:

  1. Enclose the original invoice and an explanation of why the item is being returned.
  2. In this situation we are unable to refund any postal costs incurred by you.
  3. Ensure that the items are unused, unopened and in their original condition.
  4. That they are adequately packaged when returning them - we cannot accept any item/s that have been damaged in transit and have become unsaleable.
  5. Retain proof of postage, because should the package become lost in transit Mini Travel Mates may assume that you have decided not to return the item/s.

*Note that Skin & Body items and toiletries cannot be returned.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Mini Travel Mates takes great care in ensuring that items are not defective before despatch. However, if any item/s are found to be faulty or damaged on arrival at their destination we will organise a refund or replacement item/s. Notification of the defective item/s must be received at Mini Travel Mates within 48 hours of receipt. Please send notification email to info@minitravelmates.com.au and we will advise the address to which the item/s should be returned.

Once you have received return advice, defective items must be returned to Mini Travel Mates within 14 days. On receipt of the item a replacement will be despatched to you (subject to availability) at our cost. If you prefer a refund we will reimburse the cost of the original item, including delivery fee, by way of the original method of payment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that item/s are adequately packaged when returning them. You also need to include a note explaining the reason why you are returning the item/s. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage, because should the package become lost in transit Mini Travel Mates may assume that you have decided not to return the item/s.

If an item is found to be faulty more than 14 days after receipt, and the fault is not due to normal wear and tear, please notify us at info@minitravelmates.com.au with an explanation of what the problem is. We will then assess the problem and advise how to proceed.
