Mini Travel Mates is based in the northern suburbs of Western Australia. We endeavour to process orders within 2 business days from receipt of order. We will send you a notification email once the order has been processed and is ready to be dispatched. For domestic post, the email will normally include a tracking number for you to track your parcel. If there are any stock availability issues we will advise you promptly by email or phone.

Ensure that you enter the correct delivery address because parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a fee for re-delivery. Note that freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. (See our Terms & Conditions page for further details)

Please keep in mind that we are in WA and post can take a little longer depending on where your package is going.

Parcels will be delivered by Australia Posts' Parcel Plus service (or Registered Mail depending on the size of the parcel) or by Express Post, dependent upon which option you chose at the time of ordering.

Over 1001g:     $17.00

International

International orders are sent via Australia Post’s International Airmail delivery service. Although we endeavour to process orders within 24 hours of receipt, please keep in mind that we are in Western Australia.

International Air Mail

Up to 500g:       $23.00
501g – 1000g:  $43.00
1001 - 1500gg: $55.00

* It is recommended that you allow 1 – 4 weeks for international delivery. Unfortunately, tracking is very expensive and is therefore not normally available for international air mail. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

If you are ordering from outside of Australia, customs fees or import duties may apply to your order. Prices quoted by Mini Travel Mates DO NOT include local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged to you upon entry to your country. These charges are normally applicable on orders over a certain value and are the recipient’s responsibility. If necessary, contact your local Post Office or Customs office for more information.
