We will send a free luggage tag* when you spend $25 or more on products. (Does not include Clearance Sale items, Baby Traveller or personalised wallets).

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions, prices and delivery fees are kept as accurate as possible, however these are subject to change without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible but are unable to warrant that such information will be current or error free.

Note that for Australian deliveries, all prices are GST inclusive.

DELIVERY
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Mini Travel Mates will endeavour to process your order within 2 business days from receipt of the order. While every effort is made to deliver according to timeframes stated on our website, we are reliant upon stock availability and third parties to ensure the delivery takes place. We therefore cannot be held accountable for any items that are delayed.

By placing an order, you agree not to hold Mini Travel Mates liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

ADDRESSING
Please ensure that you give the correct mailing address when registering. If a customer is found to have supplied an incorrect or insufficient address, Mini Travel Mates will not refund or resend the item/s and all responsibility for correcting the delivery will be the responsibility of the Customer.

If a package is found to be wrongly addressed by Mini Travel Mates then we shall be responsible for re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the item/s.
